Apply For a Password

This form must be filled out in order to obtain a password, view our wholesale pricing and to place orders on-line. Account set up and site access generally takes one business day from when your request is submitted.

* PLEASE NOTE: Before you are granted a password to our site we must receive a copy of your business license and/or other proof that you are certified to buy on a wholesale basis. (see below for more details).

For New Customers

We are a wholesale supplier only and all new customers must supply a copy of their business license and/or (depending upon what certificates or licenses their State provides), resale license, state sales tax ID, reseller ID or wholesale/retail license.  (Sorry... social security #'s are not sufficient)

We need this information because as a direct wholesaler, we do not collect sales tax and need to maintain records proving that our customers are certified to purchase items on a wholesale basis.

To obtain a password we need your updated company information; please make sure to include your customer ID #.
